Flanke Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Flanke, a platform for sports court bookings. By using our service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Accounts require accurate information.

3. User Responsibilities

• Court Owners: Provide accurate listings, honor bookings, comply with laws.
• Players: Book lawfully, respect court rules, pay on time.
• Prohibited: Fraud, harassment, bypassing fees.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed via the platform.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We charge transaction fees for digital payment methods unless the user has chosen to pay in cash.
• Court owners handle applicable taxes.

5. Cancellations

• Players: You may receive a partial refund of the booking fee based on the cancellation refund policy defined by the court owner.
• Owners: Cancellations will lead to a full refund of any booking fees paid by the player. Any fees charged by Stripe will be charged to you. We may limit your access to the platform if our systems detect that you are cancelling bookings with fraudulent intent.

6. Our Role

We connect owners and players but don't control courts or guarantee quality.

7. Content

• You own your content but grant us a worldwide license to use it free of charge.
• We may remove inappropriate content.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. You may close your account anytime.

9. Disclaimers

Platform is "as is." We're not liable for court issues or downtime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes go to arbitration.

11. Changes

We may update Terms and will notify you.
